We are not here for accolades and marketing awards; our true glory lies in helping others flourish. Our mission is to provide tailored marketing solutions that empower small businesses to thrive. With our expertise, creativity, and unwavering commitment, we aim to amplify our client’s brands and drive meaningful growth.
I started Tailor because I love working with clients where we can make real change and be a part of their journey. We aren’t and will never be a marketing engine for brands we don’t believe make a difference to communities and the wider market.

With 15 broad and diverse years in marketing, Harry possesses a deep understanding of product and service promotions across finance, events, wholesale goods, consumer products and retailing, for global companies and Australian corporations. Harrison is a business goal-focused marketing specialist with a high level of working knowledge and expertise in the delivery of technical strategy, in all facets of marketing.

Hannah Conroy

STUDIO MANAGER
Hannah comes to Tailor as the Studio Manager from a background in marketing and content management, working primarily with small businesses. She is a gun at creating new breathtaking ways to visually represent personality in a brand. Hannah leads Tailor's entire client visual output across brand, web, socials, PR & advertising. Hannah has worked abroad in tourism in Ireland and Japan before returning to Melbourne to live and work.

The man with the magic talent for words.
Dan comes to Tailor with a wealth of experience in the Advertising sector from a large-scale agency and has a working knowledge of the tertiary education sector.

David Conroy is Tailor’s social media guru! David is your go-to for all things content creative, digital media scheduling, shoot styling, music, video and fashion.
David will lead your social media projects and is always on hand for any questions you may have.

Her multifaceted B2B and B2C skill set, coupled with a proven track record in project coordination, positions her as a dynamic force in ensuring seamless execution. With a keen eye for detail and strategic thinking, Phyllis brings a wealth of experience to the team, enhancing Tailor's project management capabilities.

PROJECT COORDINATOR
Louis is a scientist whose research and interests intersect ecological, political and social themes. They have a passion for good communication and love data! Throughout their studies, Louis worked in small businesses and took on procurement, merchandising and managing client relationships. Louis also has combined experience in project management, creative leadership and coordination for research projects and voluntary organisations.

He’s the Snowy to our Tin-Tin.
Simon is our best mate through and through. He’s pretty heroic when he’s not asleep under the desk. Simon is also a legend on a photoshoot set.
